Hi, I am Mayumi!

Hi, I am Mayumi (Pronounced like my you me).  I am originally from Japan, but currently I am residing in Cache Valley, in Utah.  I am a wife, and I met my husband in Hawaii where I attended school-- Brigham Young University-Hawaii. 

Because of my working experiences as a TV production assistant and photographer there, my interests of seeing objects through the finders have greatly grown.  I can do videography and photography both, but my passion and dream is to aspire one day to become a great portraits photographer.

I love cameras (especially NIKON), and taking pictures of people and nature.  Soon when my husband finally gets out of school, I want to save up and create my own studio to take portraits and gain more experience with indoor photography.  Until then the outdoors suit me just fine, and still much to learn.
